Anyone know where I'd be able to get a copy of this now, either a hard copy or online? Or if someone hasn't started it yet and could email me a scan of one that'd be brilliant. Not bothered with entering it just enjoy doing sports crosswords.

Thanks for that, well through it now. I'm kinda at the stage I wish I had never started... cos when I come near the end I panic that I will be short one or two and not be able to finish, and that it was all a waste of precious time.

    Much appreciated!

7D "the front is done, the back to come"

    NIN__

    Nines or Ninth?

The front nine and the back nine together are NINES.

After the NINTH, the front nine is done, the back nine is to come.

    7d I put in nines

Rod, as in Rod Laver, the tennis player = (Courtier).
Sorry still dont get the connection with Bounce and Brussells
Capital of Belgium = Capital letter is B, with light (as in weight) = ounce.

This has nothing to do with this crossword, it is another one I am doing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ruling of a Jewish religious court. 3 letters ?i?

I don't know the last two but there are three types of abstract painting art forms I can think of with seven letters, fauvism, orphism and bauhaus, bauhaus is probably the best known of those three.

    Many thanks.

I got (din) for the Jewish ruling clue.

If the abstract painting answer is either of those three the letters of
The younger at school maybe is either:
    ?i?v?u?
    ?i?h?u?

The i comes from (win) Dry out the hay, take first place
The u comes from (run) A fast score in cricket

    Thanks again
