Has Christmas been commercialised?

Two great Christmas facts that prove it has been comcialised are:

1 Santa in red and white is the invention of Coca Cola prior to this he wore green

2 Rudolf was actually created as a character by a department store for a colouring book

If you go back further you can go with the fact it was a hijacked pagen festival

I'm almost positive thats a myth. Read/saw it somewhere trustworthy. QI maybe?

You could have easily researched RP's points yourself. You said you were looking for opinions but you don't need other people's opinions, its your opinion that is required. Trying to get your essay written by other people would count as lazy, I would think. You could have it written while you have been messing about here.
