    Hey,

I'm looking for a good book on bodybuilding for beginners. Can anybody suggest one for me. Looking for that includes nutrition & diet information also.

If you can give me any help that would be fantastic.

    Cheers.

Blaba is popular 'round here, starting strenght or Wendlingers 531?

If you ask me turn up at a gym and ask the advise of the instructors there. They can see you and get a programme to suit your need like.

Stickies explain the food and nutritional side of things.

Read the stickies here first! Be very careful about bodybuilding articles online or in magazines, a lot of it the same info re produced as something new.

Ask questions here or on the strength sports forum about programming.
