Hey all hows the going? Im completely new to this site, seems pretty cool. So what martial art or arts do ye all study? Im currently studying Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido.

Been doing Mugendo Kick Boxing for a few months

I've been studying Jiu-Jitsu since early this year. Traditional style, not BJJ.
Have to say, I love every bit of it, wish I had of taken it up years ago.

Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu aka Ninjutsu for me

Studying since 1989 and with my current teacher 10 years now. Teaching since 2006.

We study unarmed striking, kicking, grappling, throwing, ground, escaping, restraining, sword, stick, knife, chain, projectile, multiples, protection of others, self-defence etc - all one one unified holistic method.

I don't need anything else because I'm still refining the basics of Bujinkan.. which is the key to mastering the system.

Wish I had started when I was younger, but learning Judo. I suck at throwing, at being thrown, but know how to break fall so its all good.

HanMooDo would be my primary martial art, since october I have been training in Judo as well to help my throwing and ground work in HanMooDo and beause Judo is fun

Do you think there is a combinations or martial arts that would see you successful in M.M.A? Apart from the obvious is there dieing arts that would serve well. E.g Wing zhun and karate

Just getting back to some tai chi chuan, after a bit of a break. Have done some shuai jiao, san shou and a couple of years of wado ryu back in the day. Also going to a boxing class with my daughter, though just for fitness / pad work and the craic.

Just out of interest, where are you studying Jeet Kune Do ? I know of a club up in Skerries, from your username I presume you're closer to the city Centre.

Krav Maga around a year now - I have precious little spare time so suits my lifestyle great and find it enjoyable if a little basic at times.
