I'm the same but do like to have one unsilenced AR, currently the Scar. It just feels much more powerful at range imo but it may be in my head. It is easier to control the kick at range though if you have the silencer equipped. The benefit of having a suppressed weapon easily outweighs any benefit of range anyway.

a lad last night, 13th prestige, was camping like a lil girl to get kills, the lads said somethin about him and I was takin no notice, until, he was lookin out the window over c and I was at the pipes lookin down at c with marksman on, just happened to see him,

Started burst firing with a g36, one shots just tryin to hit him, I couldn't see him only his name with marksman, finally got a hit marker, he tried to move but the last bullet I shot got him, he let out the biggest scream I have heard in a long time.. It was hilarious.

So he decides to come for revenge, picked him off 3 times even more hilarity as he screamed more an more. He decides to camp again, so after being 7 an 4 from me alone, I think he was somethin like 20 and 4, cue me gettin a stealth bomber and putting it over a cause I know he is camping there... Ohhh the screams of him, them 3 seconds are the best of my life in any cod game. It is definately one of the best features of the game.

Recon Pro is awesome, use it with hardline and 2 assists go towards your killstreaks, even getting a hit marker on them shows up for all your team mates to see. it a like a advanced uav. its great on mission and dome.

its also great for S & D throw a frag and you can easily tell if the areA is clear or get a hit marker an boom

does it work on assassin users?? Do they still show up on the map if they are tagged by a hit marker??

Also does the enemy know they have been tagged on the map by being hit?

One more.. So many questions.. I though they only show up you get a hit marker on them using explosives? Do bullets get them on the map?


I never user Recon as I find I can take out air support without it just fine!!

yes if you get a hitmarker on them they will show up even if you die. im not sure to be honest of they have asassin if they will show up or not

enemies dont know you have hit them

I think you need Recon Pro for bullet damage to show, normal Recon is explosives afaik

Recon pro lights up all players for 12 seconds once damaged. Dead silence cuts the time they show on radar to 6 seconds. No other perks effect recon pro. With recon only explosives show enemies, with recon pro all damage shows enemies. The enemy doesn't know they've been tagged, unlike the recon drone. Easiest way to get recon pro is by using the xm25 (16 shots) and flashes (potential for airburst).

Easy way to get Blast Shield Pro is to stick it on with a Riot Shield and stand at the top of B Dom on Mission, easy peasy and you're working 2 sets of challenges at once - just like Extreme Conditioning Pro and Dead Silence Pro mantling an object a storey up and jumping to the ground!

I usually stick Recon on for Dome, you're guaranteed 30+ hits a game (and can absolutely rack the Assists in if you add in the Recon Drone).

I swear by Recon Pro + Hardline Pro + Flashbangs. If you chuck a flashbang into the air towards enemies you will light up on the map anyone who wasn't looking directly at the ground (which is usually never). I say flashbang rather than stuns as they have a much bigger effective range and you only need the slightest hitmarker for recon to tag them

No longer play Dome without Recon

Recon Pro plus hardline pro on Dome is nearly an automatic Reaper for me and I just about never get them anywhere else.

Specialist + recon + hardline = 2 perks almost instantly from capping your home flag and assists.

Yeah it's simple enough just put it on with flashbangs and spam flashes into enemy spawns. I'm not sure but I think it might be tag 120 enemies for pro

I'm just a creature of habit and find it difficult to give up my sight of hand tier one perk! Its usually that or marathon pro!

Recon, Hardline Pro and whatever 3rd perk you want + Specialist with SoH as your first perk = problem solved.
