Would recommend using the airdrop trap a lot considering the influx of new players over the last week.

Got a kill earlier with one, all I hear is "OOOOOOH NOOOO!!!" on the opposition mic.

I only really started using the P90 properly for the first time tonight as I loved the PPM90 too much to stray away from it really. Really glad I did though! It's a really decent alternative. Running it with attatchments red dot and silencer and the mags are a decent size too which helps. Played a game of Kill Confirmed earlier with it and got 40 kills and a score of over 5000!

Sitrep pro + Tritton AX720 = Oooo baby! Hearing guys come at me from a mile away. Really made a difference to my scores.

I've the AX-Pro's and find it very hard to sound whore in MW3... Was a lot easier in the other games.

I've the AX-Pro's and find it very hard to sound whore in MW3... Was a lot easier in the other games.

In FFA or TDM it's easy, but it's very hard in Dom or Demo etc because they're such clusterfúcks.

i still think that FFA in the only game type that is very easy to sound whore, what ever foot steps you hear are always going to be enemys and i find in team based game types i get confused between what is enemy and what is not.

Agree with you, still, it's pretty possible in TDM compared to the other team based games. I don't even need Dead Silence or Sitrep to soundwhore in FFA., that's how easy it is.

I only play FFA, TDM and KC. It's easy to tell who the enemy is and who the team mate is. Huge difference.

dont forget most posters here dont play competitive like yerself.

also one of the only reasons of getting yerself a decent headset is to sound whore.Wasnt a problem admitting doing it in Blops and mw2 so dont see the issue with it in mw3.

He never said anything about liking the modes, just that he can soundwhore on them. Seems an odd way to choose what you want to play. Also don't see the point in spending 200 quid on a headset anyway but thats a different matter

I only play game modes where you don't go chasing one particular part of the map. I rather use the whole map and have it random. More action that way.

Get no enjoyment from capturing flags or any of that.

I have tried the new game mode with the care package thingy. It's alright for a laugh.

Haven't really been sound-whoring till I got sitrep pro. And cos of so much air support going on, it's not always easy to tell what's going on.

Am i the only one that plays with the sound off? I listen to music when I play. Much more enjoyable than trying to hear footsteps or listening to guns blaring in your ear constantly

I do for the most part as well.

edit - re-read that. I have it on very low volume but no sound? No that's a tad silly. I find it very hard to believe you were topping gametype leaderboards and the like without sound tbh.

Great thing about the xbox is that you can listen to your own music ingame I tend to listen to music when im playing on my own.

Got my first Predator Missile QUAD today. We were losing 7000-7300 in TDM, got the Quad which took me to a reaper and got the winning kill with that.
