Please Confirm Bray Myth

I was going to email this into MythBusters to see if it was a feasible Myth.
I've heard this multiple times from different people over a few years but unlike other Myths the story hasn't changed on this 1 from person to person so it could be / might not be true but none the less here it is :

Big Party in Bray at someone's house. Everyone is heavily drinking and drugging. The Parents have gone away for a weekend / week / whatever..

Bloke who owns the house is completely locked and goes upstairs to the bathroom. Once he enters he see's a lady leaning out the window getting sick while another guy is riding her from behind.

Guy doing the riding says "wanna go, she won't even notice as she's too drunk" ?

Drunk Bloke says ye, 1 pulls out while the other enters.

He finishes up but when he pulls her head back in he realises it's his sister

    But it's already too late.

    ========================================================

If you're from Dublin chances are you have heard this one at some stage.
What does everyone think of this.

Would you throw it into the same bucket as "just lob it into me boss"
I have a feeling this one is true since the story has never changed from person to person but hard to say I suppose

Sounds like a Wicklow story alright, most of them contain incest.

    Not true I'm afraid.

I knew it was me sister

Ah I heard the one where a lad brings a girl back and rides her. Then goes to the toilet and meets his mate who is just back/didnt go out/whatever and he then goes in and rides her in the dark.
It turns out to be his sister.

First they came for the socialists...

Try snopes OP. I've heard the same story told by someone on a different continent, so I'd imagine it's in no way true....

Heard a similar story in Sydney. Urban legend.

    That's not a myth, it's a rumour.

Hmmm...reminds me of that movie with Jodie Foster and Rob Lowe except the riding was done with consent .

I'm fairly sure he's thinking of Nymphbusters.

It seems unlikely. I am not saying that a guy would necessarily recognise his sister's ass in such a situation, but he might recognise a similar build, hair etc. Enough to kinda stall for a minute and take a closer look before getting the knob out. ( He's also raping her, the situation with the first guy is unclear, it depends on previous consent).

As long as he withdrew and pulled out of the transaction in time ...

Heard this story in Derry, heard it in Belfast, heard a version in Melbourne, Neil Armstrong tweeted that he heard it about a story like it on the moon ffs.

    The story is bollocks OP.

Dunno about Bray, but I have heard the same rumour from other areas. That said I do have direct experience of a sister and brother in their early 20's who got up to naughty stuff after waaaaay too much to drink at a party. Myself and two other people were leaving in an awaiting taxi, looking for our coats in the bedrooms. In one bedroom we switched on the light and there was one of the guys from the party and his sister, while not roooidin, were defo getting well stuck into each other.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

I have watched Mythbusters but I'd be weary to whether they'd test this one on their show or not.

However I would certainly be willing to test this myth with the ginger snapper. ( unsure of her name, can't get it on google but didn't try very hard ) you know who I'm talking about

Gimme Kari Byron and ill be happy to test that myth.

    LMAO!

The version I heard it was in a inner city flat. Lads are all doing E and taking turns on a girl in a bedroom. One lad goes in and see her ready in dodgey position. As he is riding her, she turns around and its his sister so he jumps out the window.

When I was told this in work I was on the ground in tears laughing at the lad who thought it was a real story.

I saw a glory hole video like that before. Chick offered €100 to do it, turned out to be her brother. He started swinging at the guys that set them up and the chick started puking.

The disturbing thing about these bull stories (and yes there are many variations of place etc but same basic elements) is that it's almost taken for granted that riding a girl so drunk/passed out that she doesn't notice who's doing what is taken as granted... sure that's alright.... now imagine it was your sister

*Sigh - I forgot there were 2 gingers on the show. Since I've said 2 now there's probably more but yes to answer your question.

I'm looking to ride the "Adam", not the ginger cutie

Looks like this one is "Myth - Busted - "

bit of cheese right there ^^^^^^^^ - I do like my cheese !

Maybe the Mythbusters can also investigate whether Facebook are about to start charging, and whether copying and pasting something specific into your status means you won't have to pay!

I heard that on the internet so I'd say it's true.

It doesn't matter weather the rumour or myth starts online or IRL ,it's still a rumour /myth until it's confirmed as truth which ...you'll either choose to believe or not .

If you get a 'genuine ' notice from Facebook asking for charge payment you'll know it's true .

Very casual attitude to rape from pretty much all but two posters. Says a great deal about our society really.

I think we're all aware that rape is bad, just discussing a bullsh¡t urban legend.

It says more about the people that were online on After Hours during that time period. First thing I thought reading it was "Eh rape?!". I imagine most people would think likewise. You'd hope so anyway.

Plus as is said above, more people are just saying "It's BS" as it goes without saying that rape is bad.

In all fairness, it's not a discussion about rape, it's a discussion about a bullsh*t urban myth. I doubt anyone here has a casual attitude towards rape.

I think you're both missing the point. The urban legend itself revolves around the theme that rape is sort of ok, until you find out you're raping your sister. That's the issue. The entire BS story makes it something to be high fived over until our 'hero' turns into the 'villain' again, not because he's raping some passed out young one over a toilet, but because he recognises his sister. The entire urban legend is based on a worrying attitude to rape from the get-go and anyone repeating it is showing a similar casual attitude towards rape IMO.

    Mythbusters XXX does.

I thought they dealt mostly with myths relating to mints and other confectionery items.

Mythbusters would have loved to put that on their show.

And in my opinion, if there was the slightest bit of truth in the story most here would be utterly horrified, the point and the fact of the matter though is that it is a bullish*t myth.
