So watching that at work was not a good idea as people are looking awkwardly at my erection :):D:)

That looks amazing, I inadvertantly have this game pre-ordered and have in-store credit for this sorted and was just going to pick it up whenever. But this could be a launch day type deal for me.

The gameplay trailer looks fantastic. The soundtrack and the voice-over really set the tone for what should be a benchmark in gaming.

I particularly like that you can plan the 'jobs' yourself and switch between characters mid way through them.

There seems to be pylons below the 'big block thingy'....could it be cable cars?

    I think you're right.

In the part where Franklin is shooting, you can see its got a sound zone thing on the radar. The game looks insanely good.

A lot of cut scenes used to clever effect. I never trust gameplay footage that come directly from the companies themselves. I always think they touch them up slightly. I could be wrong.

    Looks amazing though.

Hopefully once you've completed the game there is some way to pick and choose which missions you want to replay. Having different save points so you can replay particular missions was a bit restrictive IMO. As expected, it looks amazing:D

It's like Rockstar thought that with the PS4 and Xbone coming out, that this should be the games to end all games for the current gen consoles. So they just went all out to make the best game ever.

Looks amazing, can't wait to get this now!

Am I the only one not watching the trailer? The less known about the game reduces the hype and makes the wait shorter ;)

This will be the best game ever made.

Overall really looks good, I have to say. Seems they're trying very hard with it.

The driving does look crap though, it must be said. IV had very satisfying driving. Took a while to get used to but made you think about what you were doing and made chases from the police/people in multiplayer great fun.

This kinda gives the impression that pressing left will have whatever you're driving darting around the corner, regardless of speed or terrain. Trevor's jeep steering around the police cars looked terrible.

That said, R* have yet to really feck up too much with a GTA so I'm sure they're not going to ruin it. I just hope it hasn't changed too much :(

I agree with the driving, I liked it in IV but apparently a lot of people thought it was too difficult, this looks more like Saints Row where you can just smash through everything you meet.

I hated the driving in GTA 4, not that it was too 'difficult' but because I just didn't find it fun. I wanted to hop in a car and tear off but it always felt slow. I like the heavy physics and nice when you make a good drift around a corner without wiping out but I spent most of my time travelling to missions in taxi's That compared to driving thousands of miles around San Andreas. SA driving had $hit physics but it was fun.

    YEEEEES GIMME NOW!

However, I agree on the driving it looks very like Saints Row, which I'm meh about.

I like my driving to more arcadey than realistic but the driving in Saints Row 3 was abysmal!

I'm still holding out with the hope that it comes out on PS4. If it comes out on PC it's a possibility. Right?

    Right? :p

R* said they are only focusing on this gen with gta v but they are hiring pc devs to port 'their current games' so I'd say you will see it on pc way before ps4

I'm a Playstation man myself but I do hope the PC gamers get this soon too

But there's not much of a difference in porting anymore between pc and console this time around. I think it'd be a missed opportunity if they didn't port it to the next gen consoles too.

Would prefer a PC version but seeing as that won't be available on release I'm happy to buy it on PS3. I'll end up getting it in a Steam sale at some point anyway, I just hope it's not as bad a port as IV. I remember having to run fraps to complete "Out of Commission" as it was almost impossible to tap space fast enough to pull yourself up at anything higher than 30fps. One of the worst PC ports I've seen.

Really impressed with the trailer though. Not too concerned about Rockstar touching it up as they can't change much but the graphics which I don't really care about. While the driving in IV was enjoyable, I personally would rather slightly more arcadey, easier handling.
