The younger Ameobi brother was abused at the weekend and it's been reported to Police by Newcastle.

Thats obviously not my personal view, its just how it seems to portrayed by Terrys people in the press

But yes, people "get away" with the old "heat of moment" excuse all the time - especially in murder cases! "I didnt mean to - I was provoked"

"heat of the moment", "client was drunk", " client was having a bad day" "client was depressed" etc etc seem to work pretty well as excuses for scum being processed by the Irish legal system as it is.

However I agree that he'd be probably branded a racist of he's found guilty.

I don't get the way Ferdinand is continuing with his Twitter feed, especially while the matter is under investigation. It's seems to be at odds with his recent statement.

That is not the issue. Terry is claiming he was just repeating what Ferdinand said

Well if thats true then it will be very difficult for the fa to pin anything on terry. Terry has his story and unless they can prove its clearly not true then they have no reason not to believe him. I also dont think terry said that ferdinand said black cnut but he thought that one of the qpr players accused him of saying that so ferdinand not knowing anything about it does not disprove terry's claims

Apparently Terry called for Ferdinand to meet him after the game.
Ferdinand thought it was just to sort out what he said about Terry's extra marrital affairs.
Terry and Ferdinand then shook hands in front of people and Terry claimed the situation was sorted which Ferdinand denies.

Terry and Paddy Kenny have a coming together ,

Terry calls Kenny a blind cnut

Somebody shouts did you just call me a black cnut

That may be true but none of that proves he made a racist remark in the context of which people are claiming. Clearly ferdinand had no idea of the alleged incident which suggests that he will be unable to telll investigators that he actually heard anything. So the only evidence is the video and terry has put his side forward explaining that. Its up to investigators to prove otherwise if they want to charge him. The key point will be whether or not any other qpr players heard the comments during the game. We have already had ashley cole and ivanovic saying that they heard nothing so the big question is, what did the qpr players hear??

Lack of clear evidence will be on his side ,

Black team mates backing him up,

No QPR players bar AF have anything to say on the issue
