Loads of them on Ebay or you can go to Mouser if you're worried about Ebay fakes.

Rather annoyingly I sold an MVS mobo with a socketed bios when I picked up an AES.

Replaced it with an MVS1B a few years ago which is, of course, not socketed!

Might pick up another socketed mobo for this unibios, that pick'n'mix option really is a great idea.

NeoBiosMasta will let you install a socketed bios on the MV-1B & MV-1C boards.

There was a lad over on AO selling two starters for a tenner, apparently they're really good and work in all candy cabs. Decided to give them a go.

Worked first time! I now have the lightbox for my SNK cab going again.

Next step, to try to get some artwork with a proper reflective back.

They weren't quite as bad as that, I think they were €15 each? Still mad for an Ashtray, but you know, stolen from Taito Station in Japan so you're paying for the theft too :D

Was on the lookout for some backlit arcade art for my marquees and came across this website, anyone ordered from them?

    https://www.arcadeartshop.com/

Seem to have a good selection at pretty decent prices.

Guy has a thread over on UKVac with details about the store (says he does custom stuff too)

Yeah it closed down before for a bit but then opened back up again.

What's the point of closing down a forum? surely if someone doesn't want to run it anymore, then hand it over to someone else?

Edit - I see he's actually tried apparently but nobody is willing to take it on :(
