    77kg A session was pretty damn good. Wimminz 75kg is on at 6. Might have a battle between Podobedova and that Russian bird

    105s were awesome! Supers tomorrow, Salimi apparently did 200-250 in the training hall, cleaned 255 as well so he's in good shape to wreck some records

    He's done 217 at the Iranian nationals. They wouldn't be tested though so you don't know if he could repeat it at a big comp. Obviously looks like he can.

    I read something about Krastev snatching over 220 in training so it gives an idea of the kind of numbers they can do outside of competitions.

    Monster. Should be interesting in London. THat chinese superheavy seems to have taken Kashirina by surprise, don't think I've ever seen her shaken.
