what type of rifle is it

i just use a cheap mod on mine haven said that i dont use it to much but its perfect and does the job it has to as regards scopes you dont need a top top of the range scope

i use a hawke nite eye ir 6.5 - 20 50obj lense some lads hate them but i haven had a problem only on cold nites with a foggy lense

but have said that one of the lads have bushnell and its a great scope infairness

have said that my scope never comes of 10 power in zoom and i never use the IR or front parralux

hope that info is of use

I've got a hawke 3-9x50 sport hd or and i find it more than enough for the .22. As regards sound moderator I've got a sirocco sm2 and it's great I can only hear the firing pin strike and then the impact on target. Hope that helps, What gun did you go for?

I fired an anschutz for the first time 2day, it was a competition gun it was a bit bulky and heavy being a compition gun but fairly accurate. do you know what make scope you want? Where are you based? Patrick Carley in Wexford stocks hawke scopes at ok prices. Or you could look out for a second hand one on the shooting for sale/wanted forum. Place a wanted add you'd be surprised what some people might have lying around collecting dust. Good luck with it.
