    Yep, I saw a guy pulling the lad off himself at around 4 in the afternoon in a cyber café on Thomas Street in Limerick. There were loads of teenagers in school uniform in there at the time while this guy was watching really explicit anal porn.

    He couldn't stop **** and was glued to the screen.

    I complained to the owner who said there was nothing he could do.

    I went down to Henry St Garda Statio but am 99% sure they didn't act on my complaint.

    It is but should bloody well be enforced. I mean if the guards caught me taking a piss they'd do me for public urination and indecent exposure to boot. Even tho in reality I could of been going up a laneway at 3am in the morning.

    But as for why people mightnt... i think its the shock n' reaction. If you see some dude whackin' on it ( :pac: ) you're more likely to shout get the hell out of here than ring the police and wait up to twenty mins for them to come out
