Hes the biggest con artist around -he lurks around town and asks for a pound He points to his ear and says he can't hear Now he asks for a euro, but he should be assessed by the criminal assets bureau . Do you know who he is?

Bloody hell, that little crook has done that to me at least 4 or 5 times in the last year. He puts his hand out and points to his ear. I got angry with him last time when he persisted.
