i recently had my lunch taken from the fridge in work and the pr1ck didnt even bother to clean the lunch box after himself. the worst part i have a good idea of who done it but without catching them i can't really say anything to them and they seem to do it on a regular basis.
is there anything lower than stealing a workmates lunch??

have you ever had this happen to you or have you ever stolen somebodys lunch??

I propose you make yourself a sandwich then hock up the biggest filthiest golliers on to it and bring it in and let them steal away , then after a while tell your colleagues in fleeting conversation what youve been doing someone will have to live with it in secrecy and it'll tear away at their soul for the rest of their lives

don't shít in a sandwich. That's just filthy and wrong.

Instead get the hottest season you can think of and apply it liberally to the sandwich. I'm thinking like a nice paste of wasabi hidden in there.

Make some sandwiches and put some laxatives in them. When they start going to the loo all afternoon it will make them think twice about robbing anymore food.

Hmmm had that experience once... a female by the way, took a liking to the Flutt's sarnies and constantly helped herself.

Brazenly denied all inquiries, and got a bit snippy too.

Got my chance when she left her large red handbag unattended in a secluded area,so I hosed out a nice soft cornet of poo poo into a paper bag and left it well worked into her credit cards.

    had no trouble after that

    Is your name Simon Dempsey?
Is the person you suspect called David Thorne???

If so, why not fill out an F26A?

    Best solution to be honest.

Put some deliciously tasty food in there. The food thief will doubtless strike again. Little do they know you have infected the food with smallpox.

    Problem. Solved.

    Make an alarm:- http://m.wikihow.com/Make-a-Lunchbox-Alarm

Or leave a love note to the aforementioned thief in the lunchbox.

Happens in my place all the time. Nothing gets eaten outright but little bits disappear here and there. It's very annoying.

We did that at Uni. We had some little wanker in the first year raiding the fridges in Halls so we put some laxatives in a yoghurt. Never had any bother after that.

Leave some passive aggressive post-it notes. That'll show the bastard!

    Just this morning OP!

I'm on unpaid (FUCKING UNPAID YOU WANKERS) work experience

It is costing me money to come in here. I bought a sliced pan and some slices of ham to eat for lunch during the week.

Went into the office for half an hour, came out and the sliced pan had been opened and 6 slices or so missing. The ham had been opened and half of it missing. The 24 pack of laughing cow that I brought in last week had 2 left in it. I had eaten three!

    Pricks! They all get paid . . . I DON'T.

Parked my car in the Staff Only Car Park and when i went to go home that evening i had a nice big scratch along the rear passenger side door, like someone had driven into the space beside me and when reversing out dragged their bumper along it for the laugh, then just drove off and didnt bother saying anything to me. Its not the fact it was damaged and i was left out of pocket its that they drove off that annoys me the most.

Buy another pack of laughing cow, empty all the cheese out and take a dump in it, close it back up and stick that in the fridge.

Where I work, people put their names on their lunch and drinks in the staff fridge etc

Bring in extra sandwich and give it a liberal dose of this in it. Guaranteed to stop it.

I'm not sure if it's some weird karma day or design but there are threads about stealing milk, stealing lunches and having food left on your doorstep. Is there some sort of twisted Robin Hood on the loose?

I haven't heard of any poor people on the receiving end, so I think it must be a run of the mill kleptomaniac.

I'm not guilty, that milk was resting in my fridge.

Insanely hot pepper, blend and put in sambo. Stuff is seriously dangerous though.

I hate lunch thieves with a passion.

Piss and jerk off into some food and leave it in the fridge as a decoy.

Why not speak to your boss about whats going on and ask if a memo or a meeting can be scheduled since this is happening regularly, that at least will let the person know, its not going unoticed.

Yep. It was my supervisor that suggested I use a decoy sandwich with laxative mixed through the coleslaw...what could HR do after all if I self-medicate my terrible constipation and my medicine is stolen on me?

Although I'm really liking the Wasabi idea. Lots of it on a decoy sandwich. Or alternate the two until the tightarse gets their own lunch.

You must do! That's complarable to this stuff...
The Trinidad Scorpion Butch T pepper is so strong that those who handle it must wear protective gloves.
Exposure to the eye or skin near the eyes when handling this pepper could cause temporary blindness

While I understand this, why does it take someone writing their name on the lid for people to figure out that maybe this belongs to someone?

And why does it prevent them from taking it? It's a name written in marker, not a guard dog. IT BOGGLES THE MIND!!!!

I thought I was man enough for any chilli. Until I tasted TWO drops of this (undiluted).

This is the first chilli I ever tasted that SCARED me. I seriously considered going to the GP.

    (seriously though, don't do it.)

Well some lunch packs look the same so I guess its done to avoid mistakes.

Why don't you go up to the guy that you think ate it and ask him? He'll probably deny it, but at least he'll know you are on to him.

I've heard of people nicking chocolate bars and stuff, but someone's actual sandwich, no. Maybe I have just worked in very honest offices :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,625 ✭✭✭Sofaspud

Laxative is the best idea because it's undetectable, but how about you put laxatives in the top half of the sandwich so he'll eat that first, then load the second one with cayenne pepper and wasabi, so even one bite will have his arse looking like the Japanese flag.
