It will be my 2nd attempt of log - first one was a disaster and you can read about it here - http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056251690

I hope that new edition will go much better, as the last one expected me to choose picks by myself. I considered doing D'Alembert one more time, but because of limited funds and with so many tip sources I decided to do it differently. Biggest advantage of it should be the fact that in majority of bets it won't be me who will be making bets, but I will "steal" them from tispters I want to tail. There will be some exceptions (including tips from Headshot/ElLoco/Ade/Evosteo/Clerodara/Yardie/El Horseboxo/Tom Brady and some other guys posting here), but it won't be a big percentage.

Despite a decent knowledge about various sports (mostly football and basketball) and some interesting contacts (as I work as a sports journalist plus have some contacts inside European basketball) I am a relatively poor tipster. Probably don't feel it like the better ones do. Sometimes I have quite interesting observations and betting ideas (like today just before Lech Poznan - Wisla Cracow match), but usually I am not doing too well. But I consider myself a decent researcher, so I will try to take an advantage of that. I put a lot of effort into this research and based on yield/longevity/staking system I prepared a list of tipsters I will use.

My starting bank will be around 400 PLN (not sure yet how much exactly as some low stake bets are going on). Majority of games will be staked 5/10, which at the moment will mean 10 PLN. It's probably the biggest challenge, as various tipsters are doing different staking, hopefully I will be able to find a balance between them. No doubles or triples done by me, only singles. Mostly football and basketball. For time being I will be using bet365 exclusively.

Question - should I publish a list of tipsters I will tail? Anyone interested?

I would love to tail xPyro (plus maybe 1-2 other horse racing tipsters)... but with hot and cold streaks there my bank would possibly couldn't cope with it. Hopefully down the road I will be able to take a risk (which can be very profitable, I know)...

After successful Saturday I can announce my starting bank is 503,91 pln. First goal is to not bankrupt, 2nd one - to reach 750 pln, when I will be able to raise my stake to 3 pln per stake (now it's 2 pln). Overall - I hope to be on steady profit, and even if yield wouldn't be too impressive, I hope to improve my bank balance thanks to amount of bets I'm making. Hopefully this tactic will work long term.

I would say all of them have a decent track record, that's the idea of my tailing log. I was looking into so many of them and following list is best of the best (in theory at least). I don't know how to shrink it even more. Some of them are more cold or more hot at the moment, but can't reccomend anyone in particular.

Not the Sunday I expected. Did very poorly with NFL tips (2-5), also a few bets was really, really close and I missed placing a few as well. I also failed with bet #33, thinking bet365 is making mistake with a live score (it was 0-2, but they had listed player as scorer of 3rd goal). In some of my won bets odds were much lower than expected, as starting yesterday I put tips after a few days they were available. Also should do better with Brazil Football tips - tipster I am tailing I think has a "Chase mode" on, I should back him more carefully. Bigger positive are yesterday's Norway Football 1st Division games.

Nice one Stingerro, best of luck with it. Some very unlucky ones yesterday. How Velez Sarsfield didn't win is incredible, it was like Russia vs Ireland.. The Union keeper made some amazing saves and then they got caught on counter-attack at the end.

I hate the fact that having poor betting days make me losing money even more - I hesitated to back Stromgsgodset during In Live and I backed down from making a play for Falconi winning in 2 sets (3.50). Had to make an interesting decision - what to do when two or more tipsters I am going to tail is backing the same team with a very similar bets. In the end I decided to back all their tips, so amount of pro-Barcelona tips is quite big. We'll see how it will work, good game by Valencia would be welcomed as well.

Unlucky again yesterday man, alot of your bets were just a small fraction off but with this strategy a small fraction wrong means 100% loss. What bookies do you use? Is there a way you can use betfair to lock in profit from some of your bets that are borderline win/lose?

Use only bet365, not really interested in betfair at the moment. Also, I think my tips on Sunday were much better, yesterday too many of them was way off.

I just looked at your football results as know nothing about basketball and weren't far off and some good wins but as you say you had some fancies that you didn't back which is extremely frustrating. Anyway here's hoping today they fall on your side!
