    mine arrived....mother of god I dont think ive ever seen a bigger mug...

    I didnt tell the missus (as she hates internet shopping) how much I ordered so when she saw all the stuff she was shocked and was like...why didnt you order stuff for me.

    mine arrived today - took a week to get here safe and sound no probs and huge mug intact too everything fits fine sizes bang on - happy days - will use again and thanks OP - got Back to School shoes for my kids (teenagers) the brands they wanted at 70% off what they'd be here - thanks again - great saving made and free delivery - cant beat it

    Both my packages arrived today even though I never got a despatch note for the first.
    Al present and correct packaging was ridiculous about 3 rolls or parcel tape on one box.
    Decent quality stuff and two giant mugs to hold assorted change and hair accessories cause I can't see myself drinking from them.

    Boom! Arrived this afternoon, couldn't believe the size of the mug, whopper! Box was huge, free shipping and that amount of stuff, think that's my bargain of the month! Time for a mega tea break!

    Got my medium sized Ireland top that Basq spotted.

    Dear Lord its a medium child size.

    All my rugby shirts are Adidas Medium and fit perfect (Im normally large in clothing)

    I couldnt get this over my shouders!

    Just for future orderers/

    Yep they left a contact number in the address documents enclosed envelope.
    Somehow, I was told via cs email it was dispatched the next day but I got no dispatch email. It came with a massiv cup (really big) and well worth the wait.

    They did the same to me first time i ordered that. They just told me to send it back to their freepost address and they refunded me, Ordered it again in a later order and it was grand:)

    Nope no free delivery no matter what size order I think, my last order was over 150 and I was charged delivery. And I dont know when the next will be. Last one was on an English bank holiday weekend so might be worth keeping an eye out on the next one.

    My order is still showing as "New Order"
    I sent them an email yesterday and no reply as of yet :(

    Their customer service is appalling.

    I emailled them Monday and again yesterday.
    No reply.

    Maybe it's an stupid question but: are you sure that you ordered a product in stock instead of a "pre-order" item?

    I had ordered on 28th, got no emails about shipping either. A few emails went unanswered, but was pleasantly surprised last week (6th) with the items being delivered by DHL. Happy with the items, but none too pleased with their absent customer service!

    I got a reply off them after 4 days which said my order was cancelled/not dispatched due to an incorrect address.
    The same incorrect address that received 3 orders off them last month .:rolleyes:
