Kathleen Lynch is wearing the curtains tonight. Hard on the eyes.

She was ringmaster at the Circus in Dundrum earlier on this evening..

Tonight -- A Super Property Tax.

Will this cure our fiscal deficit, says Vincent.
Only if we have about 10 million super homes and charge them a fortune.

Vinny's planning to interview Sean Quinn tomorrow, that should make for interesting viewing tomorrow evening.

You are certainly not an exceptional Economist Jim.

Seeing Jim Power on TV spouting his bullsh*t really boils my blood. He has zero credibility considering his carry on during the "boom".

I genuinely can't believe some people take him seriously, I really don't.

I would love to give RBB a kick in the hole. He's an annoying wee git. I wish he was a member of FG because he would lose loads of votes for them.

What did jim power do wrong?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,646 ✭✭✭washman3

How Jim Power still commands airtime just beggars belief. Absolutely disgusting that this charleten, chief cheerleader of the farce that was the "celtic tiger and author of the infamous phrase "soft landing", can still dictate to the ordinary decent people of this country..
Hope Vinny gives him the grilling he deserves and has so far avoided on every occasion on both radio and tv.
Feel so sorry for the unfortunate people that listened to this guy almost weekly on SixOne news and took his advice.

Marie-Louise O'Donnell made a big deal about resigning from her role in DCU so she could concentrate on being a Senator.

Part of me is wondering if she availed of one of the very lucrative early retirement schemes on offer to public servants .

And if she was, was she doing anything wrong.

One of the worst performances i've seen from RBB.
Also, he's a socialist opposing a property tax.

Of course there is nothing wrong with it.

However, she clearly stated that she resigned from DCU so she could concentrate on her role as a Senator. She made it sound like she made a huge sacrifice for the Irish people. I'm just wondering if she availed of an early retirement scheme. If she did, it is hardly a big sacrifice.

He is not doing too bad. He's annoying but much of what he says is true. The middle income worker is hit the most.

RBB would like us living in a communist state.

Wealth is not something bad like RBB makes it out to be.

I'd be a lot wealthier if I hadn't to pay tax too.
