    Hi All,

I'm looking for advice on exercise's to do while my injured foot heals. Roughly two months ago a particularly rusty and long nail went through the ball of my foot( not the whole way through thankfully). I was treated with with tetanus, antibiotics etc..., about a month after the accident i had an xray to confirm there was no broken bones. At the moment its quite sore at times still so its a matter of time letting it heal i think.

So heres the thing i cant seem to do much exercise, running and any pressure on the ball on my foot is a no no. I also tried yoga again but i cant manage it.

I'm feeling very slack and round at the edges! If anyone could suggest something i'd very much appreciate it,

    Thanks

    Is swimming an option?

Aqua jogging classes? Look up if there are any in your area. Core and upper body work?

If your feeling slack around the edges - look at your diet and make sure getting plenty of good fates and wholefoods in. Maybe take some foot baths with epsom salts. Maybe consider going to a relevant medical person like injuries therapist to see the likelihood of healing time and what he or she would prescribe to you exercise wise.
