If this is the same Tracey O'Mahoney who retweets the Irish Freedom Party I'll give it a miss. On a lighter note she is having a really bad week as she crashed her car into her garden gate earlier in the week.

Ben is using the Roscommon lads plight to get himself back in the limelight.

According to Ben’s Legal Books they of course are in jail illegally. This is because they didn’t consent (what a word consent it).

He never once mentioned the very salient fact that the men in question have in fact defied the courts rulings and have previously told the court they would not go back to the property ... but what do facts matter when you write your own versions of the law

Nor that they are free to leave at anytime once they purge their contempt. But we have been here before on more than one occasions.

    Charlie McGuinness

Monaghan businessman and property developer McGuinness has a number of interests in the county. He owns an alarm firm called National Monitoring and the franchise for the O2 outlet in Monaghan town through a company called Communication Services.

However, he is perhaps better known as the man who filmed a creature dubbed the “Border beast”, which he believed was a puma that was on the loose in the Border county back in 2004.

Directors aside ... I’d love to know who these ‘top legal’ people are who Ben says are behind them .. from Ireland and America .... it’s only time until he wins some sort of a case in court

Right now they're all too busy acting for Donald Trump in vote fraud cases to attend to Ben.

Seems that Ben didn’t have a good day in court himself yesterday - Repo order given. However - he does caveat that with a claim that the judge did say that he has an avenue of a criminal case against the lender ... all very vague and typically spinning a defeat as a victory.

And yet, he is boasting about a deal he has concluded for a couple!

'A non disclosure agreement was signed so no further details will be forthcoming and the said Vulture fund will not be identified. This is just a post to say when common sense prevails and there's a willingness to settle, it can be achieved without wasting court times and further unnecessary expense.'

to summarise - when you actually take your head out of the sand and engage with the lender a deal can be struck ... who would have thought ....

But he will tear them a new a**ehole on appeal. His lender can now look fwd to a day out on appeal in the high court and court of appeal followed by injunctions relating to execution. Theres still plenty of days out in court to be had now.

That said, im impressed the lender did not balk at seeking an order so close to christmas. If it was any other borrower you might have some sympathy.

It's a pity that they signed a non disclosure agreement, as we shall never know quite what Ben did in court that worked.

Probably did what the likes of MABS are telling people to do who have distressed mortgages ... but with a twist of fairy dust from Ben's dandruff.
