One of those companies (Watershed International Securities Limited) previously had Charles William Allen of Leighlinbridge, County Carlow as a director. The same Charles William Allen that is a director of Prior Park Assets CLG which has an interesting history.

Of course this Charlie Allen from Carlow may well be a different Charlie Allen from just across the border in a place called Prior Park in Kilkenny who we all know well in this thread.

well spotted. she keeps strange company.

They are all interconnected .. generally through a network of individuals who gambled on property during the celtic tiger ... don’t want to pay the loans back or give over the property and still collect the rent.

It’s a network of people who know that they can game the system by wasting court time and burying their heads in the sand

In almost other jurisdictions this type of activity would just be deemed fraud

Hard to have an opinion on it yet as there are so many unknowns. The usual mob have made their mind up after 5 minutes. Funnily enough the same crowd called off an anti eviction protest because a: it wasn't a mortgage owner and b: it was one of their mates collecting the rent.
The previous owner of the property Gerry Ward is well Freeman-y.

When Bank of Ireland came looking for €776k from him, he claimed that he'd already paid them with a promissory note of his own concoction. He also went down the rabbit hole of questioning every aspect of affidavits filed, concluding that every judge who had heard affidavits evidence against him was a wrong 'un and he should be handsomely rewarded for pointing this out...
In the alternative he seeks that the proceedings under Record Number 2016/6238P (being the receiver’s proceedings against him in the High Court) be dismissed on the basis that all the plaintiff’s pleadings are not lawfully constituted, and where six named judges who have dealt with various applications and motions in those proceedings “are deemed to have vacated their respective offices as judges under Article 34.6.4 of the Constitution, and have facilitated perversion of justice in favour of the plaintiff/respondent”. He goes on to seek costs in a sum not less than €175,000.

If we go back in this thread, there are examples of Ben and others acting as a sort of letting agent looking for "receiver proof tenants" i.e. cash to me please and act dumb and kick up a stink if someone looks for possession. There's a lot of these properties in the inner City in Dublin where there may be an extra layer of a middleman who acts as the "tenant", renting the property as a nice professional couple or at least that's the story that's spun. Next step is to put in bunk beds and cram in as many cash paying bodies as possible. Complete exploitation of the current housing crisis.

Absolute slumlords in reality. But looks like fraudulently collecting rents - wasn't ben's own nephew in one of these disputed rentals - early on in lockdown.

If the rental income is 'grey' surely the revenue are not being given their slice of the action ?

He was a tenant in the property formerly owned by Gerry Beades. No shocks to see who and when his letting was arranged

Not strictly Ireland related but an "honourable mention" here for sovereign citizens from the Victorian police in Australia.

A bit blunt but thats the Ozzie way of carrying on I think.

So our good friend Benroy was outside the High Court today filming away as he went to file court papers to try and defend his good name, which apparently everybody had a right to, himself included. Ya see, he was only negotiating down in Glasnevin the other day and he told his friend that he was in the wrong to evict the poor people.

Unfortunately the darn newspaper people weren't swell and wouldn't believe him to amend their story to say just how good he really really is, so now he has to tell the judge to get them to come down and make them see sense. And he's super serial here, they've gonna take oats and maize and barley and everything. Hopefully Justice Wunder and Clerk Issac will be on duty to sort it all out.

Meanwhile in Wickla, the one decent honest journalist left in Ireland was harassed and arrested by Gardaí at Kilmacnogue footbridge. Naturally enough the charges will be soon quashed; sure the silly peelers forgot to put their hats on as they cuffed her and hid her anti stuff banners.

But does he not believe in free speech!

The 'one decent honest journalist left in Ireland' is seeking asylum apparently. Rather ironic!

Our homeless friend at Lay Litigation Ireland are onto something real big.

Apparently they've spotted helimachopters that was at the golf gate shindig at Clifden and one came all the way from Delaware, where it's owned by vulture fund. The said same chopper was seen at Cheltenham don'cha know so apparently something or other but it's all Brian Hayes doing. Makes a change from it being Me Hole's or Leo's fault, I guess.

Meanwhile, Joe Doocey is also onto something big. Apparently yer man who owns the Wetherspoon pub chain is the one who is behind the pubs being closed in Ireland. For reasons unknown to the sheeple he is buying the very hotel in Clifden and turning it into a pub, and Brian Hayes is funding it; apparently that's who was in the helicopter. Or one of them. Or something. Anyway for this plan to work the pubs will all be closed and then he'll control the market when they open.

And here was me thinking that there was only room for one pub in De Whest.

To open their bars here they'd have to double most of their food prices :)

It would be some helicopter to make it all the way from Delaware.

A quick followup on Clifden; Lay Litigation Ireland tried an FOI from Brian Haye's sister on who else sat with him at the Oireachtas Golf Society dinner.

Yep. You read that one correctly.

    Oddly enough this was refused.

Seems they are claiming to know this information. If so, why not put it out there?

Ben and his followers are sticking their colours to the flag of anti-Vax / anti-masks / anti-paying for anything etc ... and it’s coming home to roost as they are now in the firing line of the far left ... PBP and their fan base are showing them up at any place possible

They have been trying to play to the entire protesting classes for years but now have pick a side !

This lad is claiming genocide against him !! ... taking the freeman whackery to a whole new level !

It all boils down to his claim that he won't pay the state a penny as he feels the state is required to look after him and his animals .... regardless of the argument it all boils down to not wanting to pay for anything and to get everything
