Ben seems to have removed that video from Facebook .. and seems to be ignoring some requests from followers as to how he got on !

He is going back to his roots with some of his latest posts ... ‘I do not have an international treaty with you ...no assure value’ and ‘implied right of access’ ...

Not to mention his Lordship yet again claiming to have 'explosive' information with the potential of crashing the pillar banks. However, apparently one can only gain access to this golden nugget if one forks out the entry fee to the next ''mind blowing'' session.

The Court of Appeal has had its say on the fate of Damian Gibneys (otherwise DAMO CAPSLOCK) €1m property empire.

Damian wrote them an IOU through the Peoples Mortgage Protection Vehicle promising to pay the mortgage back in or around his 100th birthday. He wasn't able to produce this promissory note in court or demonstrate that the bank had accepted this as "payment" of his debt. The receiver was validly appointed.

Dear God. Who fed these people such dribble?

Ben is back promoting his ‘trust’ again ... with radio silence about his last court appearance he apparently is in a position now that ‘they’ will have to listen to him and his trust now !

How much does it cost to become a member of the trust ? Does anyone know ?

I'd imagine to avail of the service costs a few quid. The latest filed accounts for The Morrigan Private Settlement Trust Operations Ltd show a profit of €49,880 to December 31st 2017. Next annual return is due on August 31st.

Nah, this new venture is very much on the level despite Brian Reilly's past associations with Tom D'arcy.

These makey uppey solicitors/Walter Mitty characters really can cause genuine suffering and something needs to be done about it.
Currently getting feed on my Facebook re an unfortunate Carlow woman who appears to have lost custody of her son to TUSLA.
For mysterious reasons not explained she cannot get a solicitor to represent her and she is currently being “helped” by one of these idiots “Declan M”.
As a result of his excellent legal advice she has been sentenced to 9 months in Dochas for breaking the “in camera” rule by naming and posting pictures of her child on Facebook.
Why aren’t these oafs thrown out by the court clerk?

One imagines it is due to a lack of regulation for such ''bar stool/freeman of the land'' types. It is more than likely that the lady in question was asked to desist further from breaking the in-camera rule in court, and may have refused to do so. If this is the case, then it she was possibly jailed for contempt of court. Either way, it always ends up the same way. Truth being the first casualty war and all that!

He’s encouraged a vulnerable woman to think that she can circumvent normal procedures to reach a mutually satisfactory conclusion regarding access to her son.
I simply don’t believe TUSLA are preventing her from seeing him for no reason.
She’s in prison now as far as I can see because of the poor advice he gave her.
She was handed last week five summons for being in contempt of court.
8 or 10 people in yellow vests turned up with a megaphone to shout unintelligible nonsense outside the prison .

Sadly, there are none so blind as those who will not see.

Mr Beades, during the Supreme Court appeal, “studiously sought to avoid acknowledgement of the facts"

Banks which look for the money back that they lent him and he can't be arsed to pay it back=Bad

Banks that allow him the means to let him take money from others through his nefarious schemes and shenanigans=Good

David Andrews is not a judge, so he could not have dealt with it.
It appeards the individual in question failed to answer a summons last year and was probably appearing on foot of a bench warrant.

At the time David Andrews was a District Court Judge

There's a lot of competition in the field of providing unregulated, unqualified and unsuccessful legal services. So much so that people are just canvassing on Facebook for unsympathetic clients...

Are you involved in a scheme to put assets beyond the reach of the Revenue when your other half owes the taxman nearly €5 million? Come and see us! You're among friends!

Trophy house? Seven figure debts? A handful of repayments in 9 years? Someone give us your phone number because we're a match made in heaven!

And these guys pretend to have the interest of the little guy at heart. Jesus wept.

It's probably worth doing an omnibus post on Dr Michael Grimes as he's recently featured in a High Court judgment where he issued some bizarre correspondence to a liquidator on behalf of a company's directors:
As for the company books you will have to drag them out of me by court hearing after court hearing – at your cost of course, - and these hearings are going to be fun because I am totally insane.

Now we can deal with this case one of two ways:

    (1) We meet at your office and work out a solution that involves minimum conflict, or
    (2) Fight like dogs to the death and you go broke.

    So which is it?
Think about it before you commit suicide,

    Your sincerely,

    Dr. Michael Grimes,

    Reciever, Gillstone Limited
When push came to shove, the directors disavowed Grimes and tried (unsuccessfully) to avoid being restricted as directors.

Grimes previously "advised" on the Kanes of Granard fiasco, was convicted of €340k of tax offences and various other shenanigans.

May 5th 2019. Tut tut Mr. Ed.

''The legal block, similar to an Isaac Wunder order, prevents Grimes from further involvement in Kane’s case without the permission of the High Court. Such orders are generally granted against “vexatious” litigants.

Kelly said an earlier order made by Ed Honohan, master of the High Court, who had appointed Grimes as guardian ad litem to Kane’s children, was “improper and legally impermissible”.

Kelly said that there was no need to appoint a guardian and that in any case Grimes was unsuitable for the role. The 82-year-old was convicted of tax offences last year.''
