    :pac:

"Representing himself, Mr Gilroy of Riverview, Athlumney Abbey, Navan, Co Meath said Ms O’Leary described the use of MMS as a form of child abuse. He said the “false allegations” have very serious implications for him and his good reputation."

    "UPDATE HIGH COURT 30th November.

    Judgement Reserved, Injunction not granted.

Decision will be made at a later date.

No injunction granted, hopefully looking good for Fiona

One of the eleventy billion "official yellow vest ireland" pages is him. Because there's no protest movement he can't grab on to and make about unpaid mortgages (when it was about fuel duty!)

Better than that. He made it up to the seat of Dublin, probably to give him a good alibi.

How does Gilroy pay his bills? He seems to be protesting at everything, and in court ever week? Where are his funds coming from?

    He doesnt recognise them.
    No contract no consent.

And he is not Gilroy, he is the person of the family Gilroy not a legal entity or citizen.

I see Anna the Poet there as well.

A couple of things recently have brought back some old characters to the fore of my mind...

Way back in 2015, actor Sean Simons was appearing in the short film which was sadly overlooked for the Oscars called Waiting for the Sheriff. This was Tom D'Arcy's magnum opus. Sean, like so many unfortunates was forced to borrow over €1 million in order to secure himself a modest castle (and appeared on Grand Designs to boot). So far so bog standard.

With the help of the FBI (no, not the Americans, Jerry Beades' crowd), he's managed to persuade Bid X1 (formerly Allsop) to withdraw the property from auction. This particular property being his other, spare castle which if the story is to be believed, was financed by Ulster Bank. This may be on top of his existing €1.2 million Anglo loan for Castle #1. So once again, Jerry comes out to bat for the little guy with his seven figure borrowings and 2 castles.

Aside from this, I noted the involvement in this recent High Court judgment where an intermediary called Fitzpatrick Financial Services were mentioned. The name rang a bell and sure enough they appeared on this thread in relation to Household Charge / LPT litigation. The recent case involved the indebted owner of a rental property arriving to the door with a sleeping bag, saying she was going to change the locks, they weren't to have any dealings with anyone but her (to the exclusion of a receiver) and then attempted to evict the tenants. It seems that the form of FFS hasn't really changed over the years...
The threat made by FFS in its letter of 6th December, 2017 was that legal proceedings were being drafted and that these would be prolonged, tedious and contrary legal proceedings.
Looking back on all the Household Charge / LPT posts brought me back to this post and I checked to see if anything had happened to Peter Anthony Keegan in the meantime. Turns out that having been been unsuccessful in the High Court, a judgment mortgage followed in 2015 which I'd take to be the State looking to get some of their costs back.

Amazing how many of these characters pop up here and there and move in the same circles.

If you remember the case recently it seems he was getting paid for his involvement with the "trust"

"154. I have also come to the view that Mr. Gilroy is probably in receipt of remuneration or benefit in respect of his activities as a McKenzie Friend, or more properly described in this case as a “litigation agent”, and in respect of his activities as a trustee, and as one of those controlling the activities and operations of The Morrigan Private Settlement Trust Ltd. Mr. Gilroy has admitted that in setting up the trust, of which he is a trustee, there was an initial payment in of €100.00. That was to set up the trust, before the transfer in of other assets. He informed the court that the trust is operated by The Morrigan Private Settlement Trust Operations Ltd. When asked by McGovern J. how much was paid to that company he responded:-

“Nothing like €20,000.00, judge. It was around €4,000.00 or €5,000.00 we think. But again judge that is not held.” (See Transcript of the hearing before McGovern J. on 13 November, 2017, at p. 139).
The evidence of Mr. Butler is that transfers into the trust were carried out by Mr. Gilroy and Mr. McGuinness in relation to Mr. McQuaid which involved extensive properties “worth over €2 million” in three jurisdictions. Mr. Gilroy has also given conflicting accounts in his Statement of Means (for the purposes of obtaining legal aid) and in his statement to the Probation Service, to whom he indicated he was in full time employment, which prompted McGovern J. to direct that papers be referred to the Revenue Commissioners and the DPP for further investigation."

Further to this, accounts for The Morrigan Private Trust Operations Ltd for the year ending 31/12/2017 were filed in the CRO on September 27th.

The abridged accounts show a retained profit of €49,880. Ben, according to the annual return, holds 50 of the 100 ordinary shares issued.

Jerry Beades has dug up his prop coffin again for another bank related stunt. This time by his motley crew are demanding to see the CEO of a bank...at a local branch.

Of course if we look back on this thread we'll see that Jerry likes to conduct the odd "unorthodox" eviction himself. Jerry was also fond of using a Norn Iron address the odd time when it suited his needs.

Conflict of interest surely. How does he do it?

In regards to the delay argument, she said Mr Beades had come before the court in circumstances where no payment in respect of the loan for more than 10 years.

While no information was before the court about the value of the rent roll in respect of the properties there was no dispute that no rent had gone to KBC in part discharge of very considerable sums outstanding in the loan, the judge said.

like all the figure heads of these protests Beades has an issue with paying people money - he has left debts all over the place.

Hugely disappointing to see a sitting TD involved in stunts like this

The lad in the red jacket was also lucky to escape alive from the Battle of Gorse Hill.

If we want to complete the circle with a lot of this, the debts that Beades has to KBC were secured on a number of his properties, including the former HQ of The Hub.

    Therein lies the mystery.

Why would KBC Bank entertain a major defaulter purporting to ''assist'' others, having not been successful in their own right. Not to mention, trying to block the appointment of a high ranking Judge?

    Anybody else confused?

The video on the independent link of your man from the land league is absolute comedy gold .. like something that should be on brass eye.

I wonder how his case of ‘tort’ went against the One Mr Browne

First it was sitting TDs, now it's former Senators...
The defendant initially refused to get out of his car and kept asking Garda Delea: "Are you acting under your oath?"
