Only close game so far was naas castledermot. Some really one sided encounters.

Average winning margin of 12 points.

A bit mad, the margins. You don't expect Cadbury, Confey and Maynooth to get those beatings.

Tactics all wrong? No bite in the games?

KCC have granted planning permission for the redevelopment of St Conleth's Park.

I think the SFC has to many teams in it. There is a huge gap in terms of quality between the best teams amd bottom teams.

    Clane
    Eadestown
Castledermot ( dogged but lack quality)
    Raheens

    There just 4 teams.

€6.5 million won't do too much.

While it’s nice to get the up grade you are right 6.5 million won’t do much and looking at the plans they are a bit underwhelming.
Always taught a greenfield site would be best and start from scratch. They are fairly limited to what they could do with current ground.

Its the sensible approach to br fair. Its also achievable. 15000 is about right also. We have hawkfield which caters for training etc so no need for any further development.

    20 years ago. F*cking hell.

Football was an entirely different game back then. Give and go. Players half the size also

    Ifc
    St kevins 1-08
    Rathangan 0-10

    Kilcock bet allenwood by 8.

Maynooth lost to Naas by 7. Dog fight for them now v castledermot. Really should be doing better with the players at their disposal.

    Celbridge hammered Confey.

    Jtb bet Raheens by 4.

    Facile win for Moorefield too.

They'll have to look at reducing the number of teams in the SFC. The new system isn't helping either. There are a number of teams who are way off the pace.

Ballyteague, Clogherinkoe, Kilcullen and Two Mile House into the IFC 1/4 Finals.

Second placed teams Kilcock, Monasterevin, Nurney and St Kevin's to playoff against the third placed Kill, Rathangan, Sallins and Suncroft.

Allenwood, Ballymore, Ellistown and Straffan into the relegation playoffs.

Awful lot of games to eliminate only 4 teams from the championship. Draws to be made after the Moorefield v JTB SFC game this evening.

Big win for Larries over Naas. They join Athy and Celbridge in the SFC 1/4s. Moorefield v JTB throws-in in 20 minutes to decide the Group C.

18 year old Adam Steed with a hat trick for Larries. One to watch out for in the future maybe
