I'm absolutely dying with a hangover. Head's not too bad but I'm just feeling really nauseous. Any decent cures?

I make a smoothie/fruit drink with oranges/carrot and ginger in it amongst other things it helps, failing that the hair of the dog.

get into the shower and clean yourself off, then instead of getting out of the shower put the plug in then just lie down. in about 20 minutes you will be in a bathtub full of lovely warm water and your hangover will be gone.

If you have a thumping headache as well, take two panadol for feck sake.

I recommend a double barrel, don't take any chances. Or alternatively go for some Nurofen.

There are no quick fixes. Drink plenty of water to replenish what was lost due to the alcohol. You body is full of poisons from the alcohol.They will leave your body at there own free will, give it time.

All these hangover cure are bolox. They won't have any effect.
