    Woo! Go on ya good thing ;) I slipped up today had couple of sweets and two small bars for lunch, but I'll be back on track tomorrow - the trick is to allow yourself slipups and not count them as failures :)

    I'm an all or nothing guy. I can be doing great, miss a run and start eating ****. Then I just have to start all over again. I can never just pick it back up after. I'm OCD like that.
