    SOMETIMES :p
I prefer socialising with girls but the things they say behind each others backs

I went to a mixed primary school, and i prefer being in a mixed school to an all boys like I am in now.. for a variety of reasons :D but srsly, the hormonal imbalance in same sex schools is too much!

Hahah Yeahh girls are the definition of sly, you'll barely even catch us saying something mean directly to someone, its more of an implied thing lol
Yeahh sometimes I am sooo glad I go to a mixed school, even though there's only 40 people In my year hahah

Hrmm, think of a decade... Post 1940's... Got one? Ok now hold it in your head and ask me tomorrow on this thread after 4pm. Im going offline now, my television needs me!

Or did you want me to elaborate on why I dont follow the mass produced, corporate abortions the music industry has invented in the 21st Century? xD
Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Lil-Wayne.... Its a disgrace to think this music will define us as adults.
Think about the 70s,80's even 90's compared to this junk we have today, made by some Record Label douchebag who just wants to see how far he can reach into your wallet... Soulless scumbags, the lot of them.

There are still good tunes, they're just so much harder to find....

    More on this tomorrow, class!

(pardon my bad grammar, using iPhone to rant about anything is a bitch!!

Lol you srs man? Example used to be good when he was hardcore rap/ electronica/ dubstep, now hes sold himself in the name of £££££

The song is a bit of a cliche, both lyrically and the way the tempo is used imo.

    Thats just me i guess.

And Deise deserves all the abuse she gets :p

Ah I agree to an extent, most of my music isn't stuff you'd regularly hear on the radio. That said, I loathe music snobs (not saying you are, I mean people who ridicule people for liking a band like Coldplay and Kings of Leon or stop liking a band because it became popular or anything radio-friendly at all) and if I like a song, that's great, super, no matter where it comes from. :)

Last.fm in my sig if anyone cares, love that website far too much.

    example? love it :)

I have odd taste in music, I'm mostly into the stereotypical 'emo' music, and rock and punk stuff, but I love a good bit of dubstep or rap occasionally, and I love alternative stuff :)
I have modern pop though, its the bane of my existence, lady Gaga, Justin beiber, selena gomez, taoi Cruz, like wtf?!!?
Id say my top ten fave artists are three days grace, the blackout, atreyu, black veil brides, the maccabbees, the coronas, sick puppies, skream, fall out boy and emarosa :L

and now I'm going out, so bye bye :)

I find people who complain about music like this to be really, really annoying. I don't know you, so I can't make rash judgements like that, but in general it just bugs me when people go on about current music. So people like Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus... So what? That doesn't detract from the music you like. It doesn't stop it getting made. I have a hunch that people just get annoyed that the artists they like aren't popular; I doubt they'd have the same attitude if the people they like were the popular ones. So, basically, I really really don't like people who bitch and moan about how music is **** these days.

Also, I find it humourous that you complain about music these days and then say that dubstep is a good genre. Hypocrisy much?

Hypocrisy much? You are generalizing dubstep as a genre. "pop" cannot be generalized, as it is made for the masses. I cant be bothered now to list em, but a good €80 set of headphones and some proper dubstep can and will convert you, as it has plenty of my friends. Its funny, every single artist you mention are all whores to Autotune, so its not really their voice you hear. And you say "it sure doesnt stop music getting made", of course it doesn't, because clones like you will lap it up if they threw 13 tracks of white noise down on an album... Oh, no, wait, i dont "want to make rash judgements", do I now?

Go out and buy some nice Miley Cyrus albums for yourself. I can already tell you are one of those "sheep" type of people you all too often see.

Music I don't reagrd as being something special, but there's 2 things I dislike.

All that American Rap - espcecially that gangsta BS. Load of crap. Eminem is fine, he feels the true spirit of it.

And the way those young stars like biebier, gomez, cyrus whoever are promoted. It's just putting **** into childrens heads, unbieleveable!

I have a couple of friends who are really deeply into this bussiness, but I don't see a point in going on about it. Clash of opinions all the time.

It's all about money, very few people do it just for the sake of it. Well, I wish it changed.

It might be drifting from your points (all i strobgly agree with, but Eminem openly admits he's no gangster!(

Jessie J made that suuuper ironic song called.... I dunno, but anyway she says "its not about the money....we dont need your money", yet she got paid millions for that song from shooting the video fir it, and the single off itunes costs as much as all other Premium songs.... What the hell is she singing about? Is she taking the piss out of people for not just Pirating her music? The last thing that bitch needs is that stuff with the queens head on it.

"we dont need your mone....oh no wait, yes we do, never mind"

    I'm a girl. :(

Rorrisey -respect, well I don't think much of The Script but other than that, love it! Errr my favourite bands/artists would be The National/Arcade Fire (lol love you Irish)/Two Door Cinema Club/Radiohead/Frightened Rabbit/Bon Iver/Friendly Fires/ Bell X1/Regina Spektor/Damien Rice...just some of many. And the timeless stuff like The Beatles, John Lennon on his own, The Cure although I only have a greatest hits completion and The Smiths. Music is great.

Because rather than being someone with different music tastes, I am instead a plebe who needs to be converted?
Its funny, every single artist you mention are all whores to Autotune, so its not really their voice you hear.
And any artist who uses synthesisers is also a fake, then? Same principle.
And you say "it sure doesnt stop music getting made", of course it doesn't, because clones like you will lap it up if they threw 13 tracks of white noise down on an album... Oh, no, wait, i dont "want to make rash judgements", do I now?
Please show me the part of this that makes sense...
Go out and buy some nice Miley Cyrus albums for yourself.
No, thank you, I don't like Miley Cyrus.
I can already tell you are one of those "sheep" type of people you all too often see.
Ah, the old 'sheep' argument. I see where this is going. Can you see me from that high horse you're on?

Rap should have a meaning, tell about life. True rapers stay in the underground, they don't publish music because then it will lose it's meaning to them.

I mean what kind of a rap song is "candy shop"?

    Anyway, it doesn't matter...

Personally, I'm into a lot of nerd rock. Hank Green, Chameleon Circuit, Alex Day... Generally, if they're signed with DFTBA, I like them. Except for Tom Milsom. I also listen to pretty much everything by Glee, because I am a raging fanboy.
