No, I think they're just in a part of the country where there's no demand.

Found this article in the local paper. Some poor woman bought a 4-bed in a ghost estate in Keenagh called Clough Dillons for €200,000:eek:

Looking at the map these houses for €80k are bigger, closer to the village, so God knows what her house is worth now! :eek:

Surely at a minimum they should be giving alot more construction details, like is it timber frame, insulation thicknesses, double glazed windows, oil/gas heating, BER rating etc all seem like basic things to me but then again I don't have loads of letters after my name :rolleyes:

Hows about this one which i spotted in the Galway Advertiser today:

Sites alone in Turloughmore where well in excess of 100k before the bubble EXPLODED. Pretty sure there's a sad story behind this but could be a steal.
