    We brought the puppy to the vet earlier because we noticed he was scratching his ear a lot and whimpering.

    Turns out he has a really bad inner ear infection.:( Poor little man must have been in a lot of pain for a while but he wasn't showing it.

    I'm guessing a lot of the "crankiness" I've been seeing is due to the pain he was in with his ear.

    He's all dosed up now with (€74 worth of :eek:) drops, antibiotics and prednisolone.
