Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I would like to think that Diarmuid will have a mind of his own and will be able to shake things up a bit. Perhaps he can begin by publishing the details of salaries of full-time employees of the Cork County Board? In a time when contracts are the order of the day, salaries and working conditions for public sector workers are on the decline, I wonder what deal Frank has? Why all the secrecy??? Croke Park 1, 2 or perhaps his very own, Croke Park 3 Deal? Whatever deal he has, whoever allowed it, it must be some deal that NOBODY ELSE has. This is a JOKE.

How long is a Piece of a string?that is not a smart answer, honestly, geuinely no one knows.

He will only go on hes terms.Dont be suprised when the Pairc is done,he stays.

No one knows really.A joke, the president of the country only gets a max 14 year term.

I don't get the comparison tbh, the presidency is merely a ceromonial role with no power or responsibility at all, the county secetarty position is highly responsibe position, it would be far mopre appropriate to compare it to a CEO of a major company which of course has no time limit.

What is the official stance on Frank's position as of now? Staying on until 2015/16 or?

He's made to see out development of the Páirc I know...

I often wondered what happened- he was meant to go years ago? Some man for one man is Frank to stay on!

Reckon the recruitment process will be unable to find a suitable candidate. They will then recommend a minimum one year extension for the incumbent until the process restarts in another futile attempt to fill the position as advertised.

Or the new Stade de Frank needs him (and only him obviously) to oversee its first decade in use. So he'll be "invited" to stick around another for the aforementioned decade. You can almost set your watch by this $hit.
