Spamming fact or fiction

It doesnt matter what your fighter of choice is certain moves will always be spammed constantly whether it be for chip damage or screen control. I played the chun guy too a few nights ago and I just kept laughing and lost the first round because of the the sheer shock factor of what he was doing lol then I took the next two rounds pretty soundly even though he kept doing it even when I beat him.thank god it wasn't set to one round.

I hate when I can tell exactly what the opponent is going for (since they're one-dimensional knobs), I prepare my counter-attack, and then it doesn't come out due to lag.
