Ah yeah, them were the days surely.

6 warm cans of smithwicks and about ten fags would get you to Dublin.

Did you earn the fare en route?

I didn't ask what's wrong with being drunk and disorderly - that's obvious - I asked what was wrong with having a drink?

Well, that and Alex Fergusons facial resemblance to the surface of the moon.

Yes and indeed I did on a number of occasions by smoking said fags in an amusing manner, after which I passed around my cap and received alms.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Sure, PM for a squabble if the mood takes you, strictly no flim-flam or pish-posh.

    Think I'd prefer the drink.

I'd often have a few quiet cans on the train on the way to a holiday/weekend away. A great way to warm up for the night, and makes the trip much more pleasant. You have to drink enough that you get a light buzz going to see you through the bit between arriving at the station and checking into the hotel, but not so much that you're in the "downing it" phase where any travel to a hotel would be a desperate rush between getting the next drink in and finding a toilet.

Wise, you're in need of an Orgasm (Vodka, Amaretto, Triple Sec, White Creme de Cacao, and Light Cream.)

Just not on the train though.

You can eat them on a train. You can eat them on a plane.
I will not eat them, Sam-I-Am. I will not eat green eggs and ham!

Oh, I'm sorry, did you say 'drink'?

Can you drink on buses too? I've done it travelling back and forth from college alot, just wondering about the legal stance on it.

Honestly never knew it was legal to drink as much as you want on trains, but then again I rarely use them. I would have thought they'd be issues with people falling down onto the tracks etc getting off if they were in a hoop.

Bring it with you. Got rightly smashed last time I was heading to Galway.

And I bet you sang the Fields of Athenry as the train passed through that town too.

    Didn't you?

    Go on admit it.

Everyone else who gets hammered on the train to Galway sings it. :)
