I have to choose one?! I can't choose just one :P

My favourites depend on my mood, I Lemon Cheesecake or Lemon Meringue Pie, or Mississippi Mud pie, but also adore Mochi Icecream http://www.ehow.com/how_2041584_mochi-ice-cream.html
I haven't been able to find it anywhere in Ireland since Wagamama stopped selling it, so I recently tried this recipe and it worked out pretty well! Must do it again soon...
