What has been your best kiss ever?

    Hi everybody,
My friends have often described kissed with their boyfriends or others as giving them chills, butterflies and making them weak at the knees.
I actually did not know what they were talking about as I couldn't believe a good kiss can make you go weak at the knees or give butterflies. (I know I've missed out).
Until last night when I probably had my last kiss ever with a guy that I was seeing on and off for two years. Last night we just chatted and said we would never work together but would always have each other's backs and would always be friends. Just as I was leaving his house, he grabbed me and oh my god I got butterflies and big ones. The kiss gave me chills and I felt my heart was going ninety and all of those other things my friends spoke about. He texted me when I left and said "was that just me or was that kiss wow". I am both sad and giddy this morning after it all as I know I won't be kissing him again, we do not work together but giddy because I never had a kiss this good in my life.
Oh god reading back over that post is sooooo cheesy but anyway what has been your best kiss ever and why?! Seeing as I'm in a cheesy mood and all!!

I used to think that too - having that view of it beforehand makes it all the better when it happens. :)

My best kiss was my first ever sober kiss >_< Which was my first kiss my current boyfriend :)

In hindsight, it's kinda sad that the first time I'd ever kissed a guy sober was when I was 20 :/ But it certainly showed me that sober kisses >>>>>>>>>>>> drunken, sloppy, messes :P

A good kiss can cause you to absolutely melt! And it can also be very sexually charged...

It was almost 10 years ago and kissed an American guy I met on my J1 Visa who I subsequently went out with for 2 years after that. It was in the hall of my block of apartments I lived in. We could've given that Korean couple who won the Olympic Games a run for their money...I think we must have kissed for about an hour. He'd a lovely, soft pair of lips and I can still remember that feeling....jaysus...

    you're doing it wrong :pac:

kissing is amazing when done with the right person, have had a few terrible ones over the years with girls who seemed to think ramming their tongue into your gob like they were trying to make it down to your stomach was the way to do it.

I dont have a particular one, have had some memorable ones though, definitely one with an ex where we broke up briefly and realised it was a stupid thing to do over a stupid argument, called round and had a chat, there was a huge amount of tension in the air all evening and both of us knew we were going to get back together it was just a question of when, she was over making a cup of tea and I just walked up , turned her around and had the longest, slowest kiss ever, it was one of those fireworks going off moments.

I must be! I've been told I'm very good at it but I'm always been very meh about the whole thing. Prefer kissing other things, TBH!

Too many memorable kisses to mention, from locking lips while tearing the clothes off each other to being held firmly and smothered under a gently probing mouth....mmmmmm! <3

Our lips are one of our erogenous zones, added to the delicious musky aroma you only get from being in such close proximity to another person and the heady mix of lusty pheromones and kissing has to be the most fun you can have with your clothes on!

Really? aw its great when that happens, I've always hated drunken kisses, theres no emotion behind them mostly, the ones that come at the end of a date where its gone really well or just out of the blue as you think "fcuk it I'm going for it" are the best. Wanna make someone melt? go to kiss them and then stop just before your lips meet, then light kisses at first before a long slow one, cant beat it ;)

Don't "push in" to the person and make it all about the puckering and the suction - THAT'S when a kiss is crappy for both parties. Just relax and sorta... lose yourself in the moment. Don't even use that much muscle, just kinda... let your mouths just melt into each other. Or something. Gah, it's hard to explain, but it's heavenly! :D

Yup. So simple, and SEEMINGLY not that sexual when you're fully clothed and it's in a public place so not much else can be done... yet there can still be something extremely erotic about it.

I love those ones where its a kiss goodbye or something that starts off as a quick peck, then a second, then you just lose it and its turns into a full on snog.

ugh, worst part about being single, no regular smooching sessions to be had :(

No I'm afraid it's a case of been there, done that, enjoyed it while it lasted but its not for the best!! He is a lovely lovely guy and I wish him all the best in the future but if we were to officially go out we would probably kill each other. Met him when I was 21 and am now nearly 24 so we have both changed and moved on. But last night was a lovely last memory anyway if nothing else!! So I think I will be joining Krudler now in the singles boat!!

you know thats the thing thats puts me off marriage the most, it seems to suck the romance out of peoples lives. weekends that should be spent away curled up in bed alternating between sleeping and shagging are spent instead wandering about Harvey Normans looking at couches, I dont want that!

    that's just teasing!!

Had a "moment" last night, but it wasn't my usual type there was a mix of pleasure/pain with alternating between soft kisses on neck, lips, full on snogging and little bites on the lips.

    thats the point ;)

I looove having my neck kised, if its done right its just amazing.

this thread is bad for single people, and anyone in a relationship is so going to snog the face off their partner later if they've been on this thread today :pac:

Is there a wrong way to kiss a neck?

I love nothing more than having the back of my neck kissed, I turn to putty in that instance.

Maybe they're looking at comfy couches to shag on later ?? :D

I love kissing. Kissing and holding hands.

I've had a few great kisses. One guy stands out a lot, in a weird way though. We didn't click at all on the dates but he was just an amazing kisser, AMAZING! Sounds contradictory.

Biting & kissing can be combined if you're having a nibble of the ears, lips and little nips at the tongue

I hate hickies - other than a public declaration of being in close contact with someone who can suck hard - not sure what the point of them is...

For me it was one that just happened 2 weeks ago. Was out for the 1st time in months and saw a girl I used be friends with and there had always been a bitta tension between us but she was my ex's friend(my actual g/f when i had seen her last) so nothing could happen but I was certain we had something back then.... so i said to her was I imagining it when we used hang out and she just said no! We went out onto the dancefloor and I just went for it and it was pretty damn nice I must say. Probably because we both fancied eachother for about 3 years now I suppose lol. Ive left the country since tho but we talk everyday anyway lol

Yeah I don't know what it is - the way there's something kinda primal/animalistic about them or something... I know they don't look pretty but I find them a turn-on.

It was when I got back with an ex after we broke up for a week. I was sure we couldn't fix things, even though I was incredibly in love with him, but we talked it through and decided to give it another go. That kiss was electrifying, in 5 minutes I went from thinking I'd lost the person I loved to holding on to them like I never wanted to let them go. I remember the tears running down my face, and the way we just sat there for ages afterwards, just clinging on to each other. We're not together now, but I'll never forget that kiss.

See, if I want animalistic, I'll go for a bit of hair-pulling. :o

And I think the rutting action of sex is as animalistic as it gets! :) Ah, it's great. :o

I had an amazing first kiss with my boyfriend. I'd liked him for ages, but neither of us had made a move, but looking back I can see that all the signs were there from both of us. I'd been doing some fundraising one weekend, and everyone who had been helping me out was invited back to mine for pizza and stuff. The two of us actually sat up all night talking, I can't even remember what about, but the whole time I was thinking kiss me kiss me kiss me kiss me... The tension was something else, we were squashed up together on a sofa underneath a duvet and I was so aware of him being next to me, I could feel his warmth and smell his scent, especially each time he spoke. We finally kissed at about six or seven in the morning, and it was absolutely incredible, it was like we melted into one person. We kissed for a couple of hours, by the end of it my lips were raw and I had a bit of beard rash but I didn't care, it was totally worth it, I couldn't stop grinning for days afterwards!

OP, like you my most amazing kiss was when myself and my ex ended things. We'd been together on and off for over 2 years but he got a girlfriend (long story) and I became his "bit on the side". We carried on for a (very) short while (yes, I know, I'm a bad person) but after we agreed to just be friends he tried it on again. He kissed me and I muttered into his mouth "you have a girlfriend" and we had an open, honest discussion about things and agreed that it was not fair on anyone in the relationship what was happenning so we ended it and he pulled me in for oh my god the most amazing kiss ever - buckled at the knees, completely engrossed in each other, right beside the spire on O'Connell street as it was lit up, people passing... It was so intense that we both got emotional and when it ended I just walked away and got into a taxi and never looked back.

I still get chills thinking about it.

I think the fact that the shell-suit, burberry cap brigade at my school used them as a badge of honour on every available inch of skin making them look more like they'd been the victim of an assault than lovers probably scarred me for life.

The best kiss I ever had was about 6 months ago. I fancied a guy I worked with for ages. But decided I had enough of work so it was time to get over him also.

It was my going away party and at the end of the night, as he was heading out the door, I was heading out with him to say my goodbyes to him. I wasn't expecting anything as I never told him I liked him but I told him I was going to miss him. He grabbed me and pulled me in close to him and gave me a kiss. Swapped numbers. He ran of after, afraid someone might come out and spot us.

Went home quite early after that, 1.30am. I didn't sleep the whole night, I was on such a high after that kiss. And I am 28!

I love him and I miss him.

    Lol, true.

I loathe admitting this because my ex was cold and emotionally withdrawn, plus incredibly repressed in many ways but he was also the best kisser I ever met. When we first got together every time he kissed me my knees went weak and we used to have the most amazing, electrically charged kisses. We used to kiss for hours but in time he stopped that and just gave me platonic pecks. Christ what a comedown. It is odd how someone so bad for me emotionally can be such an incredibly kisser.

My leaving party in NYC. He called me, told me to come outside and we just stood there kissing in the snow. I had been waiting for that kiss for a year and it was really worth the wait. I'm going to see him again in two months :)

Wow, I love kissing. It's the best.

I was dating someone for a while, and we argued over everything, barely ever agreed. Except when kissing. It was amazing! I don't know what it was, we just clicked or something. Weak at the knees, butterflies!

I kissed a guy last night and it was pretty great. Neck action for the win! Looking forward to seeing him again ;)
