what are you paying for your shells for clay shooting?

    is that too much?
also, i'm paying e11.50 for a box of clays (150) is that about right?
    thanks.

eley olympics are going at 160 and i wud rate them far higher tban diana's!! diana's pellets are very inconsistant throwing different patterns!!

as for clays if buying single boxes of cci's that wud be about right!

thats a bit pricey!! if your gun club buys clays go to them for a box! it will prob be cost price!! i know that cci's are about €10 a box our club changed from cci's to ClayPigeonCompany which we get them at around 8.50 a box (150)

    Mulvihill in BallyMahon

McBride in Athlone always had keenly priced shells.

I generally buy in bulk and don't buy again then for a year or two.
I do the same with Rifle ammo.

Although I am much harder on Rifle ammo

    HAD - Key word there.

He is €1 - €2.50 per 25 dearer than most anyone else i've been to. A great selection no doubt, but pricey enough.

Currently paying €160 per 1,000 for Eley Olympic, €210 per 1,000 Eley Superb, and €12.50 per 150 CCI clays.

I often find that if you mention that you are buying in bulk you get a different price off him.

I got .308 Hornady Superformance cheaper than anywhere in the country off him

I never take the list price as "the price"
