    Anyone trying to lose weight should give up all dairy for 2 months.
    I found out I was dairy intolerant, and gave it up completely. I lost about a half stone from 12 stone in a few months. Apart from that I ate healthy enough, but I wan't on a nazi health regime. I don't even exercise beyond the odd walk, and still skinny as a rake.
    You need to give up all kinds of dairy. That includes milk (skimmed or not), butter, cheese, and take a look at the ingredients list on all food to avoid any milk ingredients.
    Seriously, give it a try, it's not that hard. Once you have don the first few months, you will find it eay to stay off it for good
