less talk of politic's in After Hours...

On a serious note, less or an end to homelessness, especially with the harsh winters we are gettin lately,

Doubt it somehow. It takes two years to get to Mars and two years to get back. You're going to need a vessel that's capable of producing 4 years worth of food for the crew. Having said that, they seem to crack on ok in that international space station, but that thing is resupplied on a regular basis by shuttles.

For me to become absolute and unquestioned ruler of the planet. For the nations to cower in the wake of my wrath. For the masses to bow their heads and acknowledge my might and infinite awesomeness.

Failing that, for Scarlet Johanssen to do porn.

Yeah, stem cells. In fact we are going to look pretty primitive in terms of our modern day treatments in a few years. Anybody see the horizon program where they grew hearts?

yes, well he would have to a fairly major gambling addiction for that to happen. At the moment Bono could probably buy a house at the same relative cost as a bottle of milk to you.

And if ever in difficulty. BoxSet.

I'm 21 now, can hope for about another 60 years. I'd like to see man on Mars in 20 or less, and serious development towards interstellar travel before I die.

Also, brain controlled mechanical limbs and artificial organs becoming as usable as real ones. If that happens during my lifetime, I might get a much longer life :P

A workable fusion reactor producing more energy out than is put in.
That will change the world, cheap clean energy.

Also, the rise of artificial intelligence can be put to use, by getting them to work day and night on various scientific problems.
Although who is the inventor then ?
At that stage, we will be slowly handed answers without working them out ourselves.

Ehhh I don't see why you'd call it "shoite"? Surely he is entitled to his opinions too? And anyway, many Irish people would probably like to see the country reunited.
