Surely 9 people to a house is illegal?

Imagine having bought the place next door a place where a "landlord" thinks it is great to stack 9 or 16 people.

Did you not see the documentary that had 22 people living in a house?

Apparently it's not illegal but in that case it was against fire regulations so they got it closed down that way.

Back in 2004/2005 I lived in a student house share with 15 other people across 9 bedrooms. I was in a room with 3 beds, most were 2 beds, some singles. The rent was €80 per week for the 3-bed room, basically the same as that ad. And there was no housing shortage then. It was a brilliant house to live in, got to know tons of people. We were all ragin when we had to move out. If I was back at that stage going to college I'd look for the same type of setup again

TL;DR: That looks like a savage student house

If that house had 9 bedrooms it was obviously a very large house.

It was in fairness, although some were repurposed. Originally it would have been a 5 bed house with 3 double bedrooms and 2 box rooms on first floor. Then on top of that the attic was converted to 2 double rooms, the front sitting room had 3 beds, the ground floor office was a single room, and dining room was sitting room!

That living room isnt much better.
I would need to make 2 holes in the wall opposite of the couch if i want to sit there and stretch my legs.

Good thing they showed us in another pic that there was a separate toilet, otherwise I would be worried.

It looks like the owner is into kayaking and doesn't believe in bathing.

Has anyone noticed that the yard is only half way across back of house and the house next door takes half what really should be the yard of that house ?
Check it out on google maps.

Not if you are above 6ft I would hazard.

Next thing you know we will have Japanese style hotel pods.

Not common in Ireland and I don't believe you that it's comfortable either. :P

Emmerich is a weird bloke, in his LA home he has a collection of penis figurines and some other strange stuff.

Can drop an anecdote, in film school my teacher went to the same univerisity but graduated a year later than he did. He said he's seen his graduation project and he couldn't believe how bad it was.

That guy is one screwed up bunny.
No wonder some of the movies he in involved with are shyte.

What type of a spanner has full wall murals and big pictures of mass murdering commies like Chairman Mao and Lenin.
Oh and you have Saddam in the shower.

I do notice being a German he prefers his mass murderers to be foreigners even when he has so many to chose from at home.

And the waxwork of the old kiddie fiddling excuser under the stairs is tres weird.
Could have some fun with that and drunken guests. :D

And his office with blackboard paint and the formulas looks depressing.

I suppose it just goes to show money and supposed artistic success don't buy taste.

The days before mahoosive amounts of cgi could be applied to film no doubt!

We are professional couple with a baby and look for only baby friendly person.

Prefer Vegetarians only. We dont cook and bring non veg in kitchen for hygiene reasons. Well you can enjoy takeaways in your room.

    No time wasters please.

Have to share with a baby and I can't eat meat! No thanks.

I'm going to assume that you won't be able to leave any meat based stuff in the fridge either. Going to get fairly funky fairly fast with a stash of sausages and mince stacked in your bedside locker!
