i think it's only partially to do with hitler - and not in the way you're saying it. eastern europe through history was always a melting pot of different races due to it being a natural midway point between europe and asia - mixed genes = better looking peops. couple that with the fact that millions of the men died leaving the best looking wimmins to the remainder and ya got your answer.
