I have dual mags on 90% of set ups... it's a brilliant attachment. The faster reload times mean I can put steady aim on instead of sleight of hand.
If I'm hung over or tired I normally switch it out for a red dot or reflex sight though

Note: I agree that for a noob it's not as useful.

If anything it's the opposite. At least in a team game other people will be putting up spy planes for you. And you can take out multiple people going for objectives with the cars.
In FFA, without spy plane you're blind throughout. And in all likelihood you'll only get one kill from the RC car. Knowing where people are can/will mean way more kills.

In saying that....still use spy plane. I fecking hate those damn cars. :pac:

After playing with an assault rifle for ages and getting murdered a LOT, (average i'd get would be 11-5) i switched to an smg. Now ive been getting scores in the region of 35-7.

Maybe OP your playstyle doesnt suit the weapon youre using...
