Final Year Results

Recently i heard word that in your final year in Maynooth you can choose to repeat exams, even if you don't fail them, to bring up your degree mark. So if you get a 2.2 you can repeat exams you done poorly in to try and bring your grade up to a 2.1. Has anyone else heard of this or does anyone know if it's true? Needless…

Your grade awarded to you degree will be as follows:

100% of your final year mark or 70% of your final year and 30% of your penultimate year, whichever is the higher!
