From when Dave tells them to fight til when he stops it its 5 or 6 seconds going by the timing on the video.

I think officially they start the clock from when the bell rings....that probably makes it around 4-5. Then it just depends when you deem the fight to be over.....when he hits the mat or when the ref intervenes. I guess its when the ref intervenes.....if not you could probably make a case for it being 3-4 seconds.
