I never took to Black Ops at all......least played of any COD game.

Looking forward to getting back to 60fps + better Graphics and Sound Effects.

Just a question about the veteran prestige point awards. I've hit prestige and gotten to lvl 20 roughly in mw2 (only got the game august last year) - does this count as a prestige? Or do I have to hit 70?
Currently leveling up in CoD4 so I should probably wait till I find out because I'm getting pretty sick of hacked lobbies

You'll get your prestige token for mw2. They've said that you just need to prestige and then play at least one match to be certain that it saves and they can track it.

Might play some Cod4 as I haven't prestiged once on that.. and I've gone all the way to top prestige on MW2 and Black Ops..

I might be weird but I would love if things like increased kick or recoil was a perk!

So that the advanced players who unlocked it would have more of a challenge in multiplayer, and it would give the less advanced players more of a chance.


This is definitely the biggest disadvantage of perks,

the higher your skill level, the easier the game is for you.

I'm murder for giving meself a challenge especially in single player.

I get all Rambo, I hate this sniping behind a wall for 5 minutes before taking out a target bull****!

Makes the game more exciting, winning all the time would be boring.

Get Darksouls :P

Playing on your own adds a bit of challenge to the game i think, specially if you get some of the really bad noobs on your team :P Nothing like 2 splitscreeners on your team going 5 - 50 between them to add a little spice to it !

(Most of the best games i've played in CoD was when i was going solo, usually games where its me and 5 noobs vs a team of noobs that know how to cap flags :P)

What i done in Blop's for example was run with a loadout i would never normally use , Stakeout for example , i just love that shoty now tho , so swings and roundabouts:D

It does, but only in private matches. Not in public lobbies. In my opinion, that is a fcuk up.

I went to get BF3 today on release,

When skyrim comes out.. I'll be there on release day..

when MW3 comes out.. think I'll be happy to pick it up a few days/weeks later! Just have a feeling I'm not gonna be at all impressed by it!!

I'm thinking the same. I have the hardened edition pre ordered, I'm hoping against hope it'll be great. TBH it just looks like MW2 with gimmicks like the prestige shop and elite to distract you from the fact that nothing has really changed. I really want it to be good tho!
