    Last weeks training:

    Tuesday 20/12/2011

    Bench
    Up to 5 x 5 - 110

    Then usual assistance work, biceps and elbows were bugging me throughout and so I was happy to get all the reps.

    Thursday 22/12/2011

    Squats
    Up to 5 x 8 - 160

    These were very tough, something went pop in my left elbow during the 3rd set which made it very hard to even grip and unrack the bar for the last 2 sets.

    Deficit Pulls
    Up to 5 x 5 - 150

    BB Holds
    Up to 180 x 30secs

    Wanted to die during this session.

    Took until today off and took up drinking instead.

    Had a good bench session today that I'll update later.
