In other forums you have people who are established in the relevant fields and may well be qualified to talk about various topics (legal, health & fitness, or the likes of the parenting forums where posters have tangible experience on what they're talking…

Hmmmm looking at people's lists, I'm noticing a correlation between how often people post in AH and how frequently their names pop up here.

Are you sure you don't just all have very short attention spans? There's a difference between "listen to" and "hear".
