Anyone without water in Limk?

I have no water from my cold tap since midday. The hot tap has normal supply but I believe that's from the attic tank? I'm not sure if it's a frozen pipe or if the water's off in the area (Northside) Anyone else affected? John.

Hi i got excited t00. but it was shorted lived. had full pressure for 2 hrs or so filled the tanks and then NOTHING once again AHHHHH
