    I always called it the shift. The girlfriend, whose three years younger than me calls it "meeting". I hadn't a clue what she was going on about when we first together. :)

    In the west we never stopped saying shift 'meet' always sounded retarded to us. Now shift is having a bit of a revival in Leinster and Munster eliminating the confusion of past years.
