Hi, I'm just brand new to boards.ie so I'm afraid I don't fit your 100 posts criteria, but if you need a 'filler-in' some week I will be happy to do so. Looking forward to following the recipes for 2011, some great ones for this past year. Good luck!

I'm a bit short on the post front too, but would be happy to be a fill in - even in January (which seems an unpopular time!). Or whenever.

Edited to add - didn't realise I had that many posts, so if you can fit me in with a normal slot, that would be good too!
