    4 Miles average hr 148 average pace 9:04

    More effort on this run than expected but the legs feel quite heavy still, a few really easy days and I should be back to ripping it up at 9 min 30 pace and calling it 'easy' :)

    Didn't watch the Garmin for this one and ran by feel, happy with the result.
