[COD Black Ops] - Patches

Yeah, i think the hotfix helped quite a bit. Tho i've only played 4 or 5 games tonite i didnt get that bull**** host lost thing once.

Has the game become almost virtually unplayable for anyone else since the latest patch? Taking me ages to get into a game, when I do get in I inevitably get kicked.

Yep, It's worse than the first weekend I had it now. IMO

i cant mute people in pregame menu of the xbox either

I was able to mute people there a while ago, did they fix it?

In the xbox version at least you can mute people in the pre-game lobby but you can't do it once teams have been chosen. You press A on their name then go to mute player.

Yeah, same on ps3, it's just when you puch x to view their playercard, there's no mute option, and when you back out of that your friends list is open.

you can press select in game and use the dpad to go down to a teammate . press A and you'l mute them

I actually prefer playin the Wii than the PS3 version tbh. The pointer for the gun just seems more natural, and accurate! If they bring in support for the PSMove (or whatever its called) you'll see what I mean!

• Enabled mute functionality in Playercards in the pre-game lobby
• Enabled kick functionality in party and private match lobbies
• Addressed an issue where the pre-game lobby would not always display properly when multiple players leave the lobby after a team split
• Addressed an issue where the pre-game lobby would appear stuck on the countdown timer while waiting to balance teams

Haven't had to many lag issues since this patch no freezes yet it will take a couple of days to settle down and for players who have there ps3 on since before 1.05 to reboot and apply the patch. Least they are making a genuine effort to fix the issues with the ps3 version.

Yea they've made a balls of the game with the party/connectivity issues, but as least they're working damn hard to fix it. Given an IW game they'd say in June : "connection issues you say...?"

mg do these devs have any ****ing notion what the are doing. Iv been stuck 3 times at the waiting for other players screen. I didnt have that in the 1.04 patch

Guess what another freeze after a host migration

this game is just ****ing awful, i hope trayfail never make a cod game ever again, infact I'll be boycotting their future games from now on

awful developing company that blatantly prefers the xbox 360 and doesnt give a ****e about ps3 owners

Haven't had a problem since the patch this morning. Only a few disconnection errors but no freezes.

I'll expect it to freeze tomorrow though, that's normally how it works.

I keep crashing every few games but I think my mobo is effed and needs replacing. :rolleyes:

How many feckin patches does it take to get the parties fixed, Def a €50 beta where thats concerned and extremely lazy coding, you would think the ps3 was just out, this is treyarchs 4th game on the console, if they havent mastered developing for it now they never will at this rate.

Treyarch can get bent. For every enhancement and new thing introduced, it is completely off set against a crap online system. It'll be a cold day in hell before I buy another one of their games.

I'm probably the only one who's getting this by the looks of things, but I have played well over 15 matches without even 1 freeze, connection interrupted or even host migration! It's running absolutely perfectly !

Same, Im never buying anything from Activision and treyarch again.

The question has to be asked, do they even TEST their own games? It doesnt look like it to me. :mad:
